INDIA, Kushan Empire. Kujula Kadphises, circa 30/50-80. Obol (Silver, 11 mm, 0.61 g, 12 h), 'Heraios type', Bamian Valley. Diademed head of Kujula Kadphises to right; around, pelleted border. Rev. Blundered HIAOY KOΠΠANOY ('of Kushan Yabgu' in Greek) King standing front, head to right, wearing nomadic dress, raising his right hand and holding sword in his left. ANS Kushan 39. Donum Burns 11. A nicely toned example with a fine portrait. Two minor edge cracks, otherwise, very fine.
